Every effort will be made to ship orders received by KIMS USA prior to 3:00pm on the same day. Please note that during peak volume days (Monday and Tuesday) as well as other unforeseen tournament or holiday peaks, orders may be delayed. Orders are processed in a First In First Out FIFO method except for orders with rush processing or rush shipping. If your order is time sensitive, please contact your sales representative or upgrade your shipping method to either two-day or one-day shipping.

Overnight and second-day delivery, as well as international delivery, is available in checkout. KIMS USA has no minimum order requirement. KIMS USA ships via UPS, Fedex and USPS (for smaller orders) within the U.S. and internationally. Saturday delivery is available in some areas, please contact us for more information.

Please note that some products can not be shipped outside of the U.S or with any air service. A street address is required for shipping. Shipments cannot be made to a P.O. Box address.

If a delivery is re-routed, per customer request or due to inaccurate customer supplied delivery information, an additional $10.00 service charge applies per package.

Please have someone available to sign for the delivery. It is the discretion of the delivery company to leave a package unattended, even if requested by the recipient. We highly encourage customers to indicate "signature required" in any comments box in their order so that packages will not be left at their door steps where they could easily be stolen or misplaced. KIMS USA will not responsible for packages showing delivered without signature.
 

Standard CONTINENTAL U.S. Ground Shipping Charges

In addition, there may also be a surcharge on oversized packages and/or carrier surcharges, which may include fuel surcharges and residential/rural charges. Oversized shipping applies to weapons, sparring gear, staffs, heavy bags, etc. and specialty items.
 

Shipping charges for overnight, 2-day service can only be approximate at the time an order is placed, since cost varies based on the size of the carton.

COD Orders

COD orders will have an $15.50 charge per shipment.

KIMS USA accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, via Paypal.

Freight Claims

Claims on shortage or damage must be filed within 15 days from the date shipped. Claims submitted after 15 days will not be accepted.

Refused Orders

All refused orders are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus additional shipping costs. If the order was shipped according to our free shipping offer, you will be responsible for any shipping charges that would have originally applied.

Pricing Policy

KIMS USA reserves the right to amend, modify, or cancel pricing at anytime, with or without notice.

Backorder Shipments

We will not charge your credit card for the item until your backorder order ships. All items are priced at the time of fulfillment. Only sale pricing and promotional discounts that are active at the time that the backorder is filled will be applied. Promotional “Promo” codes cannot be applied to backorders.

Shipping method on backorder items is at KIMS USA’s discretion unless otherwise specified to your account representative. You will receive fulfillment notification from your account representative as Goods are available.

Fulfillment of backorders is subject to the availability of Goods. Estimated Times of Arrival (“ETA”s) provided at the time of backorder placement are courtesy estimates only for when Goods are expected to be received by KIMS USA. We assume no liability for delays or failure to deliver due to our inability to obtain supplies.

Custom Orders

Custom orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they are placed. All items are priced at the time of fulfillment. Promotional “Promo” codes cannot be applied to custom orders.

Shipping method on custom order items will be processed based on the original method selected for the order, unless otherwise specified to your account representative.
